摘    要:知识经济时代是以人为本的时代,人与人之间的相互亲和、相互尊重比以往任何时候都重要。因此,它要求每个社会成员、特别是领导干部,要继承和发扬我们中华民族在与人交往中亲近、和善的优良品德,学习和借鉴国外成功企业管理的先进经验,增强人际交往中的亲和能力。这不仅是密切干群关系和其他一切人际关系的重要措施,更是保证社会经济有序运行的润滑剂。

Abstract:The age of knowledge economy values highly on human,and mutual harmony and respect among people are of more sig-nificance at this age than ever.Therefore,it calls on everyone,the leaders in particular,to carry on the excellent Chinese character as being gentle and cordial in interpersonal relationships and in the meantime to make the advanced foreign management our own to better handle the relationship.This serves not only a effective measure to close leaders and the mass but also a"lubricant"to ensure a sound operation of the economy.
