女大学生择业观存在的问题及对策

随着我国社会主义市场经济不断向前发展，高校毕业生就业制度改革不断深入，当代女大学生的择业观发生前所未有的变化。在女大学生就业难的社会背景下，高校教育工作者不仅要重视对社会因素进行分析，还应对女大学生择业观做深入的研究，如果择业观不能适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要，与社会需求之间存在矛盾。就会造成择业错位，加大就业难度，势必出现“有人无业就、有业无人就”的现象。

Problems and Solutions to the Concept of Choosing Jobs Concerning Female College Students

With the unceasing development of our market economy and the continuous depth of reform of employment system of graduates in institution of higher learning, the concept of choosing jobs concerning contemporary female college students has taken place greatly. In such a setting that female college students have difficulty in finding jobs, educators in institution of higher learning not only emphasize the analysis of social factors but also study their concept of choosing jobs thoroughly. If it can＇ t adapt to the needs of the development of the socialist market economy, that is, the conflict between the supply and demand exists, it may lead to misplacement of choosing jobs, and harden the employment. Consequently, it must cause the phenomenon： some people are jobless while some jobs are vacant.
