论中国古典政治哲学中政权合法性问题

政权合法性问题是政治中极为敏感的问题之一，对其研究不仅具有重要的理论意义，更具有重要的现实意义。应该说，中国古典政治哲学中政权合法性问题主要涉及三个层面：一是权源问题，即对权力来源的诠释；二是权力转移模式问题、即对政权更替的论证；三是对权力具体运作的规范问题，即对权力的制约。我们要积极挖掘传统资源的有益成分，融入时代精神，更好地服务于目前中国的政权建设和政治发展。

On the Legitimacy of Regime in Chinese Classic Political Philosophy

The legitimacy of regime is one of the most impressionable questions in politics.The study of it not only has the theoretical significance,but also the practical one.Generally speaking,the legitimacy of regime in Chinese classic political philosophy mainly refers to three folds.The first one is the source of power,i.e.the explanation of where the power comes.The second one is the transference pattern of power,that is,the argumentation of regime replacement.And the third one is normative operation of power,which means the restraint of power.What we should do is to absorb the positive composition in traditional resources,melting in the time spirit.Only in this way can we serve the regime construction and political development in present China much better.
