| 摘 要： | 新中国以后，围绕农村土地归谁所有和由谁经营这两个问题，我们在不同时期实行了不同的农村基本经营制度。我国农村基本经营制度的变迁，使得农业生产者之间的关系以及生产者与土地之间的占有关系发生了深刻变化。对农业生产力的解放与发展产生了直接影响。

| Abstract: | After the foundation of new China,focusing on the two issues of the ownership and operation of the land, we carried out different rural basic management systems at different time. The changes of rural basic management systems made profound changes in the relationship between agricultural producers and between the producers and the ownership of the land, which has a direct impact on the liberation and development of agricul- tural productive forces. |
