从信息与能量的辩证关系看信息化建设

物质、能量及信息构成了客观世界,三者之间的关系与相互影响,决定客观世界的存在和演化进程。能量经过耗散结构、信息系统或生命系统的加工,产生了更高度的有序及熵的持续减小。其中,信息系统或生命系统的加工更加有效率,从而达到良性的正反馈;而信息对能量起控制、放大、减少损耗的作用,能量是信息作为负熵的来源。这种关系映射到现实社会,即为信息化与生产力的辩证关系。信息化与生产力也存在着相互加强,相互促进的正反馈效应,正确认识这种辩证关系,对于指导经济建设实践具有重要作用。

Information Construction Based on the Dialectical Relationship between Information and Energy

The objective world consists of material, energy and information,which are mutually influenced and decide existence and evolution process.Energy generates orderly entropy reduction through the processing in a dissipative structure,an information system,and a life system,where the processing of the information system or the life system is more effective,thus achieving benign positive feedback.Information controls and amplifies energy as well as reduces the loss of energy.Energy,on the other hand,is the source of information as negative entropy.The reflection of the relationship to the real life is the dialectical relationship between information and productivity.Information and productivity also have positive feedback effect.It is important to correctly recognize this dialectical relationship in the guidanceeconomy construction.
