装饰艺术中的瑞兽“甪端”形象探研

角兽作为中国传统装饰艺术图案，与貔貅、麒辟相比，并不为人熟知。它在演变为神兽之前只是珍奇异兽中的一种，自南北朝，历唐宋，特别是元代成吉思汗“班师”事件后，成为了与獬豸、麒辟类似的神兽。獬豸“性忠”，麒辟“性仁”，角善则是“民间版”的麒辟，是“明君圣主在位”才显灵的神物，是极为聪慧而又政治敏感的神兽。

The Image of Mythical Wild Animal "Luduan" in Decoration Art

Compared with pixiu and kylin, the two mythical wild animals, luduan is not so popular as a traditional Chinese decorative art design. Before it became a mythical animal it was one of the most treasured animals. Starting from Northern and Southern Dynasty and passing through Tang and Song Dynasties and especially after Genghis Khan＇s ＂Banshi＂ accident, it became a mythical wild animal similar to pixiu and kylin. Pixiu was ＂loyal＂, kylin ＂ benevolent＂, and luduan is ＂folks＂ kylin. It exists with ＂wise emperor＂ and is considered an exceptionally intelligent mythical wild animal with political sense.
