| 摘 要： | 案例教学目前已在工商管理专业课程教学中得到普遍应用,但是案例教学的质量和实施效果却并不高,在案例资源、教师教学和学生学习三个方面的教学困境比较突出。制约案例教学发展的因素包括内、外部两个方面。要提升工商管理专业的案例教学质量,需要更新教学观念、构建案例库资源、规范教学制度和完善基础资源。

| Abstract: | Currently,the Case Study has been widespread,but the quality and effectiveness is not good.The predicament of teching is more outstanding in the resources of teaching cases,teachers teaching,or students studying.The factors constraining the development of the Case Study include internal and external aspects.To improve the quality of the Case Study,it is required to renew the teaching concept,building the resources of teaching cases,standardize the teaching regulation and riching the basic resources. |
