| 摘 要： | 农业、农民、农村是三个密切相关的命题.改革开放后,曾经得到一定程度缓解的这"三农"问题,又悄悄地凸现出来,成为国人最为关心的热点问题."三农"问题的症结是"三弱"使然,即农业的"弱质",农民的"弱势",农村的"弱位",解决"三农"问题要靠"三化",即农业的"产业化"、农民的"非农化"、农村的"城镇化"."三化"联动、互动,统筹规划,科学发展,最终,和谐各种社会关系,破解"三农"问题.

| Abstract: | Agriculture,farmers and Countryside are closely related to each other. After the Opening and Reformation the problem concerned with the three aspects comes to appear once again as the most important issue in China. The key factors lies in the poor conditions of agriculture, the lower positions of farmers and countryside. To solute these problems, we must appeal to the industrialization of agriculture and urbanization of the countryside. |
