| Abstract: | Since the new goverment of America came into power,its policy toward China has become tough obviously,and taken a series of actions that harmed the Sino American relation.But the core and the basic principle didn't change.With the effect of the policy of containment contact on China,the Sino American relation in the new century will develep complicately between the conflict and the harmony. |
