微波对平菇二级种培养基杂菌灭菌的研究

摘    要:用微波能对食用菌二级种培养基进行袋装杀灭杂菌的工艺实验,以替代传统蒸煮灭菌的工艺。经微波消毒灭菌处理后的培养基培养出的菌丝及子实体与对照组无差异,微波消毒灭菌的时间短,效率高,无环境污染,能准确控制工艺规范,经济实用,操作方便。

Abstract:The processing technology of microwave disinfection for the bagged second-generation culture medium of mushroom is investigated to displace the traditional steam disinfection. There are no differences between the hypha and mycelium from microwave-treated medium and those from the contrasts.The experimental results show that the microwave disinfection has a serie of advantages including saving time,high efficiency, no pollution,easy to control in processing,and economy.
