关于"不争论"的再思考

"不争论"是邓小平在特定历史时期的策略性提法,对于排除羁绊、推进改革有其积极的一面,同时又具有一定的历史局限性和负面影响,诸如削弱马克思主义基本理论的指导地位、不利于发扬民主与决策科学化、不利于学术进步等.在现实中对这一提法误用已经造成了许多严重问题.因此,必须辩证地看待邓小平的这一提法,明确"不争论"的观点并不属于邓小平理论的范围,反对曲解该提法.在新形势下不宜继续坚持"不争论"提法,而应看到"争论"的益处,提倡"争论",培育良好的争论环境.

Re-consideration About Non-Controversy

Non-controversy is a view suggested by comrade Deng Xiaoping in special times. It was beneficial to eliminating hindrance and boosting reform, whereas it has some historical limitations and negative effects, such as reducing the leading status of Marxism, being adverse to promoting democracy and coming to scientific decision, being adverse to progression of academy, etc. In reality this words has elicited a lot of serious problems. So we must treat. Deng Xiaoping's view should be reviewed dialectically and we should be clear that non-controversy is not concluded in Deng Xiaoping Theory. Also we should oppose the trend of misinterpreting Deng Xiaoping's words. In new times we had better not go on practicing the view of non-controversy. On the contrary, we should discern the benefit of controversy, initiate it and foster good surroundings for it.
