| 摘 要： | 党务公开是当前我们党切实加强执政能力建设、全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的一个全新的课题。积极推进党务公开,对于发展党内民主、提高党民主执政和科学执政的水平、增强人民对党的信任、防止权力滥用以及永葆党的先进性等等,都具有十分重要的现实意义。推进党务公开是一项十分复杂的系统工程,应当从内容、形式、制度等三个方面着手:1.科学规定党务公开的具体内容是推进党务公开的前提条件;2.积极探索党务公开的具体形式是推进党务公开的重要手段;3.建立健全党务公开的相关制度是推进党务公开的根本保障。

| Abstract: | At present,transparency in Party affairs is a new project to strengthen the party's government ability effectively and advance the party's construction comprehensively.Increasing the transparency actively contributes to developing the intra-party democracy,improving the capability of governance,and enhancing the people's trust,and etc.It is a complicated systematic project to increase the transparency in Party affairs.This article analyzed it from the contents,formats,and systems. |
