| 摘 要： | 循环型经济模式从本质上说是一种生产的生态工业模式,它不能作为引导整个社会走向可持续发展的社会经济模式,它的哲学基础和动力是市场经济机制,其结果潜在着严重的生态隐患和环境风险。节约型经济模式有利于在生态安全的轨道上引导全社会走向可持续发展,其哲学基础和动力是在物质上的节制主义,在日常生活中的简约主义。

| Abstract: | The circular economy is essentially an ecological industry system of production,it cannot be the social economical system that guides the whole society into sustainable development.Its philosophical base and power are the mechanism of market-economy,its consequence is severely ecological hidden and potentially environmental risk.A economizing economy may help guide the whole society into sustainable development in the path of ecological security,its philosophical base and power are the control-doctrine on the material and the brief-doctrine on the everyday life. |
