| 摘 要： | 在程序视野中规范行使处分权已成为高校管理的一个新课题。程序公正是实质公正的保证。从高校学生处分权的概念及其特征入手，通过对当前高校学生处分权行使中的程序缺失的分析，提出处分权行使中的程序制度的完善建议。

| Abstract: | Standardizing the exercising power from the perspective of procedure has become a new subject for university management.Procedural justice is the guarantee of substantive justice.Starting from the concept and characters of the university disposition rights and based on the analysis of the shortage of the university disposition rights in procedure,this paper puts forward measures to improve the procedure system in the exercise of disposition rights. |
