改善信贷环境促进中小企业发展

改革开放 2 0年来,我国的中小企业得到快速的发展,在整个国民经济中的地位越来越重要。但是,由于近年来国内外经济形势发生了变化,中小企业的进一步发展遇到了很多困难。其中融资是一个突出问题。银行信贷是企业获得资金的重要渠道。中小企业由于自身问题以及一些外界因素的影响,导致信贷环境较差,使得中小企业获得银行信贷相当困难。所以要使中小企业度过难关,获得更多的银行信贷支持,就必须改善信贷环境。这就要求银行、中小企业互相协作,找出问题的症结加以解决,最终达到银行———企业互利的目的,从而促进中小企业的发展。

Improve Credit Envioronment to Promote the Growth of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises

China's medium and small-sized enterprises have developed rapidly and have been more and more important in the whole national economy since the reform policy.However,the enterprises are facing lots of difficulties as a result of the change of domestic and international economic situations nowadays.The financing has become already a prominent issue.Bank credit is the main channel for the enterprises to raise the funds and it is difficult for them to gain bank credit due to the worse credit surroundings which are influenced by the inside and outside factors.So credit surroundings must be improved to help the enterprises and get more bank credit.This requires banks and enterprises to cooperate and solve various difficulties.At last both banks and enterprises will gain profit and the development of the enterprises will be promoted.
