| 摘 要： | 加快经济与社会发展是目前民族工作的主要任务。随着中央经济发展战略部署的调整,经济区域发展功能的定位,民族地区经济社会发展对教育、科技的依赖程度越来越高。要实现民族地区跨越式发展,实现真正意义上经济与社会既快又好的发展,关键在于教育科技的发展。
