| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development is on the basis of exact mastering the development trend of the world and the general expanding rule of developed countries. In order to implement the scientific concept of development in the northwestward, we must base on the reality of the northwestward and the exploration of special development rules of the northwestward Region. At the same time,we should take the scientific understanding as the starting point as well as take economic development as foundation,and choose a span-type development path. |
