论王符的军事思想

王符是东汉时期著名的思想家，所著《潜夫论》中蕴含着丰富的军事思想。概而言之，包括诸如重选将帅、赏罚分明、巩固边防、民为军本、以战止战、备战防患、整顿军备、经济强军和高薪养廉等内容，其中有些思想至今仍有借鉴意义。

A Study of Wang Fu's Military Ideas

Qian Fu Lun, written by Wang Fu, a well-known thinker in the East Han Dynasty, contains rich malitary ideas. It holds, on the whole, views such as attaching importance to the selection of high-ranking military officers, being strict and fair in meting out rewards and punishments, consolidating frontier defenee, rooting the army in civilians, ceasing firing by firing, making active preparations against any invasion, strengthening the military discipline, building up the national strength by developing its economy, and cultivating honesty through high pay. Some of these views can still be used for reference to this day.
