对一般高校加快发展的几点思考

约占我国普通高校五分之四的一般高校 (即教学科研型高校 )要加快发展 ,必须找准切入点 ,恰当定位 ,明确办学思想 ,深化改革 ;必须广纳群贤 ,用好人才 ;必须找准优势发挥优势 ,办出特色 ;必须多方筹资 ,改善办学条件。只有这样 ,才能抓住战略机遇 ,为实现我党新时期三大战略任务 ,实现中华民族伟大复兴的庄严使命做出自己的贡献。

Consideration of Further Speeding up Development of Higher Learning Institutions

About one fifth of common universities in China should speed up development but they must correctly find their points of contact,properly fix their positions,clearly know their thought for running schools,deepen reforms,widely accept talents and use them well;they must find their advantages and develop them and run the schools with characteristics;they also must raise money to improve conditions for running schools.After that they may grasp strategical opportunity to make their own contributions to finishing three greatly strategical tasks in the new era of party and realizing solemn mission of Chinese great rejuvenation.
