| Abstract: | The paper expounds the significance of enhancing the college instructor team construction from such aspects as the establishment of the policy of professionalization and specialization, the devolvement of professional theory, training system and the operating platform for professionalization. The present ideas can promote the development in this respect and help to the teaching and management of college students. |
