摘    要:长三角地区集聚了一大批电子制造服务企业,初步形成了中国电子制造业基地.然电气信息类人才培养的知识结构与电子工业发展的要求有一定差距.长三角地区的电子工业主要是制造业,而高校相关专业的培养方案偏重于设计,较少涉及制造.毕业生对企业急需的电子制造方面的技术如表面贴装技术(SMT)知之甚少.即便是设计,课程内容针对性也不强.为更好地培养"适销对路"的人才,高校电气信息类专业课程内容进行适应性调整,增加有关现代电子制造和测试方面的教学内容已是刻不容缓.

Abstract:Changjiang river delta has gathered a great many enterprises for electronics manufacturing service, forming initially the basis of electronics manufacturing industry in China. However, there are certain disparities between the knowledge structure of personnel training in electric information specialty and the demand on electronic industry development. The electronic industry in Changjiang river delta is mainly manufacturing industry, but the training scheme of relative specialties in universities lays particular stress on design, and less on manufacturing. The graduates have not much knowledge of the techniques for electronic manufacturing, which the enterprises are badly in need of, such as the SMT. Even if on the design, the directivity is off the point too. In order to train suitable talents all the better, it brooks no delay that adaptive adjusts should be made in the curriculum of electronic information specialty in universities, increasing content about modern electronic manufacturing and electronic test.
