Comprehensive Evaluation and Dynamic Evolution of Urban Competitiveness in Yungui Region

14 cities in Yunnan-Guizhou area as the object, from five system evaluation index and 10 elements layer evaluation indexes and 29 of basic variables and Yunnan-Guizhou region is constructed to measure urban competitiveness evaluation index system, using the principal component analysis (PCA) to Yunnan-Guizhou region the urban competitiveness force and component force measurement and evaluation, then study the Yunnan-Guizhou region urban competitiveness dynamic evolution characteristics of 10 years from 2008 to 2017. The results show that the overall and individual competitiveness of cities in Yungui region is relatively low, and the phenomenon of "mountain effect" and "low-level cluster circle" is obvious. In view of the above problems, this study puts forward corresponding Suggestions on how to enhance the urban competitiveness of Yungui region and improve the regional development level.
