Study on logic issues in integrated application of big data: a case of investigation and prevention of duty crime

In order to promote the application and development of big data technology in judicial practice, the status quo of application of big data in judicial field is summarized, and the necessity and feasibility of integrated application of big data in judicial practice are analyzed. Taking the big data of duty crime as a case, the characteristics of duty crime are discussed, which has stronger demand on integrated application of big data. Big data has the characteristics of larger quantity, more variety, quicker generation and lower value density, etc., hence, scientific and effective methods must be applied to apply the big data integrated. The logic methods have irreplaceable role on aspects of inducting, analyzing, integrating and applying big data, etc. During the process of integrated application of big data, the basic thinking rules must be followed to avoid logic errors, which will influence the application effect of data, and even lead to injustice and false cases.
