摘    要:我国日益严峻的土壤重金属污染威胁到人们的生命健康,现有相关土壤重金属污染防治法律制度需要更具可操作性。GIS技术被广泛应用于土壤重金属污染评价之中,能够揭示出土壤重金属污染的空间分布及其空间变异规律,将点状数据呈现为空间可视化图形,对于完善我国土壤重金属污染防治制度设计、增强相关制度可操作性具有技术指导意义。

Abstract:The life and health of people are threatened by the increasingly severe soil heavy metal pollution in China. The existing legal institution for the prevention and control of soil heavy metal pollution needs to be more operable. GIS technology is widely used in the evaluation of soil heavy metal pollution, which can reveal the spatial distribution and spatial variation of soil heavy metal pollution. The point data are presented as a spatial visualization figure, which has a technical guiding significance for improving the institution design of soil heavy metal pollution prevention and control and enhancing the operability of relevant institution.
