| 摘 要： | 利用2010—2016年中国高技术3个行业19个省市的面板数据,从企业R&D投入的外部影响视角,实证分析政府R&D资助对企业R&D投入的影响,并从静态和动态两个角度分析滞后效应。研究表明,政府R&D资助对企业R&D投入具有挤入效应,且不同行业的挤入效应具有显著差异。此外,地区经济发展程度仅对个别行业的企业R&D投入具有显著影响,而是否存在时滞效应则与行业类型有关。

| Abstract: | Using the panel data of three high-tech industries of the 19 provinces and municipalities in China from 2010 to 2016, the impact of the government R&D subsidies on the enterprise R&D investment is empirically analyzed from the perspective of the external impact of the enterprise R&D investment, and the lag effect from both the static and the dynamic perspectives is analyzed. The research shows that the government R&D funding has crowding-in effect on the enterprise R&D investment, and the crowding-in effect of the different industries has significant difference. In addition, the degree of the regional economic development only has a significant impact on the R&D investment of the enterprises in individual industries, but whether there is a lag effect depends on the type of industries. |
