产学研合作系统和谐性评价指标体系构建研究

产学研合作是加快科技成果转化和推动经济发展的有效途径,提高产学研合作系统的和谐性是提升合作效率、体现各参与主体功能、有效发挥其作用的前提。基于和谐管理理论,从系统素质、系统实力、系统结构、系统功能、系统控制、系统内部环境和外部环境七个方面对产学研合作系统和谐性进行分析,通过文献搜集、访谈、开放性问卷调查相结合的方法获取产学研合作系统和谐性影响因素,运用扎根理论对其进行编码归类,最后构建出产学研合作系统和谐性评价指标体系,为如何提升产学研合作系统和谐性指明方向。

Research on construction of harmony evaluation index system of industry-university-research cooperation system

Cooperation of industry-university-research is an effective way to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote economic development. To improve the harmony of the cooperation system between industry-university-research is the premise of enhancing cooperation efficiency and reflecting functions of the participant and effectively play its role. Based on the theory of harmonious management, the harmony of the industry-university-research cooperation system is analyzed from seven aspects:system quality, system strength, system function, system control, external environment and internal environment etc. Through the methods of literature survey, interview and open questionnaire, the harmonious influence factors of the industry-university-research cooperation system are obtained. The factors are coded and classified with the grounded theory. Finally, the industry-university-research cooperation system and the harmonious evaluation index system are constructed. The direction of how to improve the harmony of the industry-university-research cooperation system is pointed out.
