| 摘 要： | 在经济发展新常态背景下,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业转型是企业谋求持续发展的重要途径。从熵的视角分析企业转型过程中的不稳定现象,定义转型企业的阻尼因素,并从资源和能力两个角度构建阻尼因素指标体系和阻尼参数识别模型。确定的阻尼参数是企业转型研究的关键,对于转型企业的策略选择及其健康稳定发展具有重要指导作用。

| Abstract: | Under the background of new normal of economic development, the market competition is increasingly fiercer, and the transformation is an important way for enterprises to seek sustainable development. From the perspective of the entropy theory, the unstable phenomena in the process of enterprise transformation are analyzed. The damping factors in transformation enterprises are defined, then the damping factor index system and the damping parameter identification model are built from the perspective of resources and capability. The determination of the damping parameters is the key to the research of enterprise transformation, and has important guiding function for the strategy choice and the healthy and stable development of the transformation enterprises. |
