| 摘 要： | 高校的德育工作是整个公民道德建设大系统中的一个子系统,客观上要求高校的德育工作要在大系统的规范下,按照系统工程的要求运作出具有高校自身特色的德育工作模式。本文通过对高校德育工作的环境及存在问题的思考,提出了四年制本科生“四个阶段”的德育系统教育思想。
