| 摘 要： | 依法行政是法治建设的重要组成部分。在政府依法行政的总体进程中，地方政府依法行政的状况在很大程度上决定着政府整体依法行政的水平。但是，在推进地方政府依法行政过程中仍然面临许多困境，需要采取积极措施，更加务实、更加高效地加以推进。

| Abstract: | Administration by law is an important part of judicial construction. In pushing forward administration by law,regional governments have a significant role to play,whose administration by law determines the overall level of administration by law in the country. Yet,regional governments are confronted with many problems in the process,and active measures must be taken in order to promote administration by law in a practical and efficient way. |
