| Abstract: | Because of particularities of the unit crime's bodies,dissensions are arisen on whether there is negli-gence on subject aspect or not.This assay analyzes and evaluates in detail that all kinds of theories on the neg-ligence of unit crime in the academe,investigates core and essence of unit crime.And it ultimately affirms that there exists rationality and necessary on negligence of unit crime. |
