中国电视媒体组织结构设计分析

摘    要:日趋激烈的媒介市场竞争,使电视媒体的营销模式也发生了根本性变化。它要求中国电视媒体重构其组织结构形态,以达到提高自身组织能力使之与组织所处的外部环境相适应的目的。通过对中国电视媒体组织结构现状的实证分析,结合组织理论,明确了影响电视媒体组织结构的外部环境要素和组织能力要素对结构变化的决定作用,建构了电视媒体组织结构设计的理论框架,解释了两个决定层变量在系统内部的作用关系。在此基础上,依照组织的人性需求的特点演化其结构的路径,建立了组织结构层变量影响函数模型,根据影响函数分析决定变量各自随时间的变化率,找到了采用企业核心化和组织学习法构造电视媒体新的组织结构基本路径。

Abstract:The intense competition of the Chinese television media market makes the marketing mode of television media change basically.It requests television media reengineering its structures and improve its organization ability,which adapt for the exterior environment.By concrete analysis of the present condition of Chinese organization structure of the television media and combining organization theories,this paper defines the two main factor of TV media organization structure design,which is exterior environment and organization ability.Above all,it explains that television medium the organization evolves according to the characteristics of human nature need structural of path.It should change the quantity influence function model through the establishment organization structure layer.Finally this paper found out television medium to new organization structure transition of concrete implement project and organized a structural design to provide instruction for the Chinese television medium.
