| Abstract: | Because of the objective demands of the market-oriented economy,the material rights takes on the phenomena of the creditor rights.So,the guarantor rights of the materials also are naturally hard to keep static stice state.,In praco,reconciling the conflicts between the material benefits and guarantors is a difficult choice of the guarantor rights of the materials in the face of market laws. |
