| 摘 要： | 理论和历史实践表明股份制是“个人所有制”的有效实现形式,“个人所有制”特征在股份制这种经济组织形式中得到了充分的体现。“个人所有制”理论既解释了西方资本主义社会出现诸多社会主义因素的现象,也为我国现阶段的股份制改造指明了方向。随着股份制在西方和东方的普遍建立,马克思要“重新建立个人所有制”的科学预言正在冲破传统观念束缚而变为现实,并逐渐显示出其划时代的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The theory and practice in history indicate that the effective implementing form of "individual ownership" is the share-holding system.The characteristics of "the individual ownership" have been sufficiently embodied in the economic organization form of share-holding system.The essay demonstrates that the scientific prophesy of Marx on "the re-establishment of individual property" has come into existence on the basis of analyzing the theories on Marxist "individual ownership" and the share-holding system,the development of west share-holding system and Chinese share-holding system,and the process of implementing "individual ownership" by perfecting the share-holding system continuously.Marxist scientific prophesy has broken the traditional chain in mind,and gradually shows its epoch-making significance. |
