| 摘 要： | 体育活动的心理健康效应已逐步为人们所认识。大学生群体中心理健康问题比较突出。探析体育活动与心理健康的关系，提出充分利用高校体育教育来促进大学生的身心健康，为维护与促进大学生心理健康开辟新的有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Psychological health effects of sports activities are having been understand by people. There is a outstanding problem in psychological health of colleges students. Through the analysis to the relation between sports activities and psychological health ,it is put forward that sports education should be used to improve psychological health of college students to open up new effective ways to uphold and improve psychological health of college students. |
