| 摘 要： | 官僚制与现代化的发展相辅相成,西方官僚制在促进现代化发展的同时带来了诸多弊病,产生了严重的现代性危机,因而受到后现代理论的猛烈批判.后现代理论主要从官僚制的效率、技术专家治国、官僚制主体及其公共性、官僚制权威及官僚制治理风险等五个方面进行了解构.从另一个意义上说,后现代理论的这种批判或解构为官僚制的完善提供了一个全新的理论视野,对于我国现阶段的体制改革与制度创新也不无借鉴价值.
