完善我国宪法私有财产权保护条款的思考

我国宪法中私有财产保护条款的出现,无疑是在保护人权道路上的一个很大的进步,但条款并非尽善尽美。笔者认为,在私有财产权规定归属、征收征用制度、补偿条款等方面需要进一步修缮。
