| 摘 要： | 中西哲学不同的文化背景、各自复杂的体系和丰富的内涵决定了对其进行全面的比较是非常困难的．20世纪的语言哲学突破了传统哲学的语言工具论，把语言当做存在的建构性力量，因此，通过对西方语言哲学的代表之一海德格尔的语言本体论和在某种程度上与其具有相似性的道家哲学思想进行深刻分析，可以为中西哲学的比较研究提供一个新的认识维度。

| Abstract: | It is admitted that an overall comparison between Chinese philosophies and western philosophies is hard to make due to their different backgrounds, complex systems and rich connotations. Language philosophy in 20thcentury has broken through the theory of ＂language as a vehicle＂ and regards language as a power of constructing existence. An analysis of Heidegger＇ s Language Ontology, one of the important theories of western philosophies, and the philosophical thoughts of Tao in China will provide an new angle to make a comparative study between the above two philosophies. |
