曹操用人之道与曹魏“九品官人法”的关系

摘    要:曹操的用人之道并非只有"勿拘品行"、"唯才是举",实际上他更重视人才的"品行"。通过"清议"品评"等"乡闾品位"的途径与方式,曹操将其重视德行的用人政策贯彻到整个的用人实践中。不仅如此,曹操将过去民间"乡闾品位"的"私法"行为"官方化",既有效夺取了汉末士族在选官授职方面的隐形权力,又为此后曹魏时期的"九品官人法"开其嚆矢,为士族政治上重新崛起奠定了社会基础。

Abstract:Cao Cao's management art of his surbordination is different from what he claims such as "no consideration of morality",and "the only standard of capablity".Actually,he puts more emphasis on the morality.By the means of public opinion and evaluation,he puts his policy of emphasizing the morality into his practice of managing his surbordination.Moreover,he officalizes the past folk system of evaluation,which not only deprives the power of the privileged family in the respect of coming into power in the late Han Dynasty,but leads to the introduction of "Nine Ranks of Evaluation System" in the Wei State,and lays the social foundation for the re-rise of the privileged family of scholar-officials.
