| 摘 要： | 从20世纪70年代到90年代,欧洲的外国移民问题逐渐成为影响欧洲国家的政治、经济、社会安全、文化价值观等领域的核心社会问题。这既是进入欧洲国家的外国移民由"欧洲特点"向"非欧洲特点"转变、移民文化变更因素的结果,也有欧洲国家自身经济衰退、政治与移民政策摇摆不定的原因。

| Abstract: | From the 1970s to the 1990s, immigration problems in Europe gradually became core social problems that affect the European member states in their politics, economy, social security, cultural values and so on. It is not only the result of the influences of the transformation of immigration with "European characteristics" to that with "non-European characteristics" and changes of immigration culture, but also the result of economic recession and inconstant politics and immigration policies in the European member states. |
