| 摘 要： | 建设一支师德高尚、敬业爱生、业务过硬的青年教师队伍,已经成为各高校当务之急,为此,应该抓好三个方面工作:一、加强职业道德建设,提高青年教师思想素质;二、采取多种有效措施,快速提高青年教师业务素质;三、努力为青年教师创造良好的成长环境。

| Abstract: | In light of that it is a crucial task for every university and college to cultivate a young teaching team with great moral and professional qualities, this article aims to illustrate how to enforce professional and mental construction to improve the professional qualities of young staff, bring forth effective measurements of young staff development, and create an ideal environment for the growth of young staff. |
