高校后勤社会化过程中的财务管理

高校后勤社会化改革对高校后勤财务管理提出了新的要求 ,原有的事业财务的管理模式 ,已不能适应逐步实行企业化管理的后勤实体。高校后勤与学校分离后将纳入市场运行 ,需要有与之相配套的财务管理模式。因此 ,深化后勤财务管理体制的改革势在必行。本文就高校后勤财务管理的现状以及改革的必要性和建立适应后勤社会化的企业财务制度进行了初步探讨 ,以期引起同行专家的关注

Financial Management in the Socialization of Higher Education Institutions Rear Service System

The socializied reform of the rear service of higher education institutions brings new demands to the financial management of higher education institutions. The old mode of financial management can no longer meet the requirements of the rear service system that is undergoing the reform of gradual enterprise management. The rear service system, separated from higher education institutions, shall come into the market, which demands the corresponding mode of financial management. So the further reform of the financial management system of the rear service system is inevitable. This article discusses tentatively the current situation of the financial management of the rear service system of higher education institutions, the necessity for reform, and the establishment of enterprise financial management system corresponding to the socialized rear service system.
