| 摘 要： | 明清徽州社会的发展具有鲜明的徽商印记,及至晚清,情况依然如此。光绪三十四年夏,徽州暴发特大水灾,徽商在灾荒场域之外迅即展开了大规模的赈捐行动。旅沪徽商利用同乡网络组织居中协调,借助现代公共媒体,更新募捐手法,广发募捐公告,号召流寓各大城市的徽籍人士慨输资财,以纾解故土家园的灾难。徽州地方官绅颇为依赖旅外徽商,两者互为奥援,极大地提高了赈济效率。与徽商数额庞大的捐款相比,官赈已退居微不足道的位置,而此次赈捐所体现出的地缘色彩和募捐程式也为考察晚清义赈的演进提供了合适的样本。
