贫困研究生心理健康状况的调查与思考

贫困研究生中存在着自卑心理突出、自尊心过强、个性容易偏执、行为上自我封闭等心理健康问题，而造成这些心理压力的原因主要来自经济、就业和婚恋方面。应从调整助学贷款政策，健全奖助金体系，减轻研究生经济压力；以生为本，三环并重，加强贫困生心理健康教育；倡导和谐，促进沟通，构建良好的研究生校园文化氛围三方面入手解决贫困研究生的心理健康问题。

Investigation of and Reflections on the Psychological Health of Impoverished Postgraduates

The impoverished postgraduates generally have psychological problems such as inferiority complex, too great self-respect, biased personality and self-confinement, which have been caused by pressure from their finance, employment, love and marriage. These problems should be solved by relieving their financial pressure through modification of the postgraduate student-loan policy and improvement of the grants program, by establishing a student-oriented psychological education system consisting of consultant, supervisor, and assistant, and by forming a positive campus graduate culture to improve harmony and promote communication.
