| 摘 要： | 地方高校是我国高等教育大众化的生力军。作为本地区的一个文化载体,地方高校在承担人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承和创新等职能的同时,也受到地方优秀传统文化的深刻影响。坚持＂以文化人＂、重塑大学文化,坚定＂服务理念＂、摆脱功利化,坚守＂学术文化＂、远离官本位,是我国地方高校走出文化危机,早日形成特色,实现科学发展的力量源泉。

| Abstract: | Regional collgees and universities are the main force in popularization of higher education in China. As the local cultural carrier, they undertake the functions of personnel training, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation. Meantime, they are deeply influenced by the fine local traditional culture. Sticking to educating students with humanities to reshape campus culture, adhering to the idea of service to get rid of utilitarianism and holding fast to academic culture to abandon bureaucracy are the ways for the regional colleges and universities to overcome their cultural crisis, form their unique character and promote their scientific development. |
