教育民主化进程中＂教授治校＂的内涵及实现因素

在我国教育民主化过程中,高校实行＂教授治校＂的民主管理制度是大势所趋。＂教育民主化＂与＂教授治校＂是形殊质同的统一体。教育民主化视野中＂教授治校＂的内涵及外延是：教授治校是＂体＂,而非＂用＂;教授治校亦是教师治校或共同治校;治校的理想是学术自治,行政其中。教育民主化背景下＂教授治校＂的实现因素：学术法制化;学校构建以院系级决策为主体的权力体系;营造民主管理的文化氛围。

Connotation of Professorial Governance in the Process of Educational Democratization and the Ways to Its Realization

Professorial governance has been becoming an inevitable trend in the process of educational democratization in China. ＂Educational democratization＂ and ＂professorial governance＂ are in fact the same in na- ture but different in form. From the perspective of educational democratization, professorial governance means governance by teachers or joint governance, so it is the essence rather than a form. The ideal of the govern- ance is academic autonomy with administration. The ways to professorial governance are legalization of scholarship, establishment of a decision-making system with colleges and departments as its main decision makers, and formation of a cultural atmosphere for democratic management.
