摘    要:工程意识是现代工程师应有的基本素质之一,其内涵是在不断发展和完善的。现阶段我国工程师的工程意识培养观念、师资队伍、实践等方面的问题亟待解决。工程意识的培养并不是由高校一方之力所能完成的,还需要国家、企业与学生的共同努力。其中,观念更新是基础,学校教育是核心,企业实践是突破,学生训练是关键。

Abstract:Engineering consciousness is one of the basic qualities that modem engineers should have, and its connotation keeps evolving and improving. Nowadays, problems in idea, teacher, and practice concerning the cultivation of engineering consciousness should be solved. Engineering consciousness cannot be cultivated solely by the university. It requires the joint effort of the state, the enterprise and the student. Among them, change of idea is the basis, school education is the core, enterprise practice is the breakthrough, and student training is the key.
