从美国高等教育的特点看创新型人才培养

摘    要:通过对美国高等教育发展状况的介绍,深入分析了美国高等教育的主要特点:高等教育系统的多样化特征;教育体制的灵活性特点;教育模式的特色性;特点鲜明的评估认证体系;先进的研究生培养体系和创新型人才培养模式。对如何借鉴美国先进的教育理念和经验,深化高等教育改革,提高创新型人才培养质量提出5点思考:创新教育理念,以先进的教育理念引领教育改革;创新高校管理体制,创造有利于拔尖创新人才脱颖而出的宽松学术环境和氛围;创新研究生培养体系,提高创新型人才培养质量;创新教学模式,实行开放性办学;创新师资队伍管理模式,建设高水平教师队伍。

Abstract:The paper briefly reviews the development of higher education in the United States and makes an in-depth analysis of its characteristics including diversity of the higher education system, flexibility of the edu- cation system, features of the educational pattern, the distinctive evaluation and authentication system, the ad- vanced postgraduate-cultivating mechanism and innovative-talent-producing model. Centering around how to draw on America's advanced educational ideas and experience to deepen the reform in China's higher educa- tion, the present article suggests that we should make innovations in educational ideas to guide our educational reform with advanced educational ideas, in the university management system to create a flexible and free aca- demic environment for producing innovative talents, in the postgraduate-cultivating system to improve the qual- ity of innovative talent production, in the teaching mode to conduct open education and in the teacher manage- ment pattern to build up high quality academic faculties.
