| 摘 要： | 海南经济特区的建立使海南黎族、苗族的政治、经济、文化处于急剧变迁的背景中,黎、苗民族关系也呈现出新变化、新格局：黎、苗关系向好发展始终是两族关系的主旋律;互相离不开是两族关系发展的客观现实;友好与矛盾并存在是两族关系的新特点;＂和而不同＂是未来两族关系发展的趋势。
