| 摘 要： | 在我国社区研究中,对权力秩序、国家与社会、居委会、社区的空间视角和居委会的研究都有一种预先设定:现代城市居民都是既定的研究对象,至于对我国城市居民自身的人格结构和内在规定性如何实现从传统走向现代的问题,在研究中则受到了不应有的忽视,而这恰恰是其现代性生成的最微观的社会机制,也是公民身份形成的先在条件。在现实生活中的社区业主们不仅仅是参与选举的行动者———具有同质性和抽象层面的统一性,而且也是有着各自不同的生存体验的独立的行为体,他们是具有多样性和异质性特征的人。只有考察业主们日常生活的互动机制以及考察此互动机制中业主个体的人格结构和认同结构是如何实现重新建构的,这才是我们理解他们参与公共活动的差异性和规律性的关键。
