| 摘 要： | 运用法经济学的基本原理研究和指导立法问题已经成为当今立法的重要方式,物联网的立法也离不开法经济学基本原理的指导。我国的物联网建设起步较晚,相关配套的立法工作尚未启动,法律监管的缺位与物联网产业蓬勃发展之间的矛盾日益突出。引入法经济学的博弈理论和成本—收益的分析方法剖析物联网发展过程中政府、研发者和消费者之间的立法需求,探求我国启动物联网立法工作的动因,进而论证立法的必要性,将有利于推动我国物联网产业健康、有序的发展。
